We are currently seeking a Temporary Builder to assist in the construction of custom cabinetry and casework based on client needs and design specifications. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative workshop environment and takes pride in detailed craftsmanship.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Builds custom cabinetry and casework
  • Respectfully takes direction from Lead Builder
  • Operate various woodworking tools (power saws, jointers, shapers, hand tools, etc.)
  • Reports quality and control issues to Lead Builder
  • Monitors and identifies defects of materials and communicates said defects to Lead Builder
  • Maintains a safe work environment and abides by all established safety standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to perform all essential job duties safely and effectively
  • Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related construction work preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must follow all safety protocols and demonstrate attention to detail
