ACME partnered with Sustainable Restaurant Group on the build-out of their sixth Bamboo Sushi location. This restaurant showcases Bamboo Sushi’s modern aesthetic and thoughtful emphasis on sustainability, reflected in strategic material and build choices. ACME fabricated and installed all casework and custom elements, including table tops and countertops built from a paper based fiber composite material.
