NIKE Air Max Murals | ACME Artistry at Work

When Nike approached us with the design for classic Nike Air Max imagery for the HUB dining area in their new Tanasbourne building, we were excited to take on the challenge of color and scale. While the original design called for the use of applied vinyl, we turned to our skilled scenic painter for a more creative and cost effective solution. By employing traditional sign painting techniques, we were able to improve the quality of these murals by implementing full color versus the 4-color process technique that was previously being explored. The Nike Air Max murals range in size from 5′ x 9′ to 24′ x 12′ on the signature wall. These hand-painted works of art brand the HUB dining area with a nod to the Air Max of the 90’s—creating a fun thematic area for Nike employees to take a step back from their busy day and enjoy a nourishing meal.
