ACME Open House

APRIL 12, 2017 | PORTLAND, OR

For a single week each year, Portland comes alive with design as hundreds of events and open houses unfold all over the city, all conceived and hosted by the local design community. This week-long festival, now in its’ fifth year is known as Design Week Portland and will encompass the city from April 21-29.

ACME was an official collaborator with Design Week Portland in 2016, and this year we are excited to announce that we will open our doors on Thursday, April 27 from 4-7 PM for an Open House in partnership with them. Please join us in celebration of 25 years in business and for an experiential glimpse into #teamacme! Our Open House will integrate technology and craftsmanship with fun and festivities including:

  • A Custom Takeaway: Each Design Week participant that attends will walk away with a custom crafted wood ACME takeaway.
  • Onsite Graffiti: Attendees will enjoy taking photos in front of a custom graffiti backdrop while viewing a graffiti artist in process of his craft.
  • Interactive LED Experience: An LED touch display will allow multiple people to interact with each other through light, creating patterns and countless combinations in 120 responsive areas.

And…

We excited to announce our special guest for the evening, House Spirits Distillery! In conjunction with the evening festivities, House Spirits Distillery will be onsite providing tastings and a custom craft cocktail. We are thrilled to be partnering with them, combining both of our craftsmanship for a unique and special evening.
