ACME’s strength is found in our breadth of in-house capabilities. Did you know we have the ability to produce a complete design-build, moving fluidly from concept to fabrication through to event production? Our dedicated live events team works closely with our in-house fabrication shop, team of installers and external partners – ensuring top quality production, installation and an event that goes off without a hitch. Our latest event, a Nike North America Sales Team Event, started right here at ACME. Built from the ground up, this ACME design-build and fully produced event involved our entire team, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Michael Von, our in-house designer, brought Nike’s vision of an 80’s throwback to life with a design centered on the user experience. The theme stayed true to the creators of the Memphis Group, the iconic 80’s style, defined by bright primary colors, graphic patterns, and geometric shapes. The seamless environment was created through familiarity with famous iconography, MTV nods, period activities, and visual communication that incorporated arcade themed graffiti, boombox and cassette imagery, themed neon, and loads of video to engage attendees. The design intent was clear and the execution was flawless. Event goers experienced everything from an arcade extravaganza, rad lounge, a DeLorean, a movie theater, and a lit dance floor with DJ Angie Vee. We’re in love with the transformation of this space that transported attendees back in time, and proud of our team for their dedication to a seamless execution from design, to build, install, and event production. We of course couldn’t do it without our partners, the amazing Greenlight Creative, Meyer Pro, and deliciousness from Art of Catering.
