With Gratitude We Give

Every year we look forward with anticipation to the kick-off of our annual children’s clothing drive in support of the children of our Cully Neighborhood! For the third year in a row we’ve partnered with our neighbors, the local non-profit Hacienda CDC. The items we collect go directly to the children Hacienda CDC serves in their after school program. We give to these children with the hopes to spread cheer to them and their families and we give in gratitude for Hacienda CDC. We are grateful for their commitment and all that they do on a daily basis to support these families.

Hacienda CDC is a Latino Community Development Corporation that strengthens families by providing affordable housing, homeownership support, economic advancement, and educational opportunities. Last years statistics from a feature in Willamette Week’s 2017 Gift Guide stated that Hacienda provides homes for more than 1,600 individuals with low incomes, assists an additional 1,500 households in purchasing or retaining their home, mentors more than 400 youth, and supports 75+ small businesses annually. We wish to say thank you to our team for their incredible generosity that they displayed again this year. We know these winter clothes and accessories will have a great impact to those in need. It was an honor and a privilege to partner with them and to bring smiles to the faces of children within our community.
