2022 Welcomes Growth to Team ACME

As we end Quarter One, we look back on the opportunities this year has provided. One opportunity being the immense pleasure of further developing our team. It’s humbling to see the quantity of candidates we receive, something we always look forward to, but never something we fully expect. We appreciate the applicants we get and look forward to having them join the team, helping us reach new heights together.

Our mission is not only to provide clients with premiere work they are proud to display, but also provide our workers with a career they are proud of.

We work to keep a strong, reliable team that work performance is reflected in work produced. We care about our employees and want to know that even when work flexes, they don’t have to uproot their schedule to start work anew. This is why we hire permanent employees in all our departments. You never know when the next project might come; we are always prepared to start, never a minute lost.

At ACME, we hire full-time employees for all of our departments. We want to be ready to get to work all the time, any time.

At the end of December and start of January, we’ve had the opportunity to add three new Project Managers: Steve Eskins, Cody Acevedo, and Thomas Koestler.

Combined, they bring with them over 40 years of experience in the fabrication industry. Their understanding of the various aspects of fabrication elevates our Project Management team to new heights.

“Our mission is not only to provide clients with premiere work they are proud to display, but also provide our workers with a career they are proud of.”

One common thread they all shared with me was their positive experience during the onboarding process. They felt welcomed and had the support they needed to get started. They appreciated that it didn’t take months for them to get their hands onto their first project, and any questions they did have were answered without hesitation. The team dynamic and culture was something they all praised and looked forward to being apart of.

We look forward to the contributions our newest Project Managers, and look to see them utilize their experience in providing the best service yet.

New to the ACME Fabrication team is Daniel Texada, Glenn Hasty and David Dillon. They bring with them a variety of skills and experience that looks to expand on our in-house capabilities. We look forward to seeing their ingenuity alongside our tenured team and a long partnership with them.

Anatoliy Vaselinko returns to ACME for the Fabrication team, bringing with him his chipper personality. He said the culture and communication from ACME were something he loved when he was first hired and nothing has changed since. He’s excited to part of it again and be part of the onboarding for new hires.

“You never know when the next project might come; we are always prepared to start, never a minute lost.”

We also expanded our metal department capabilities, welcoming Eli Loessberg, Micah Cote, and Mike Savage to the team. A critical goal we’ve had this year as a company is to increase our current amount of metal work we take. Hiring a strong, full-time team of capable metal workers is the first step in further expanding our metal department.

Our team is important, and making sure we have a strong, happy team is our top priority.

Not an exhaustive list of everyone that was recently hired within Quarter One, but a strong list to start. We’re constantly in the search for new candidates. We understand the importance of investing in a team that reflects the quality we’re looking to produce and clients are wanting. Without this strong, dependable team we wouldn’t be able to say we can get it done. We could not be the ‘ACME’ of craftsmanship without our team.
