Heart of the Portland Pearl District

SEPTEMBER 27, 2018 | PORTLAND, OR

At the end of summer, ACME wrapped up our first venture into the restaurant scene with the build-out of the newest QuickFish restaurant, located right in heart of the Pearl District of Portland, OR. We had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Sustainable Restaurant Group throughout the project, and worked hard to bring their dream for this space to life not only through our custom craftsmanship, but through our tailored in-house services as well.

“…throughout the process ACME has adapted and provided great solutions. The team’s knowledge of building pieces helps drive decision making and having all-inclusive services from woodworking to metal to electrical is invaluable.”

-Erin McKenna, Director of Architecture & Construction, Sustainable Restaurant Group

In the beginning stages of this project we spent time with their team providing tailored consulting and engineering that resulted in the most complimentary palette that would be in line with their brand and the aesthetic of this space. From that foundation, our team then went on to fabricate and install all casework and unique custom elements for this space.

The finished product is a clean and sophisticated space that draws your eye to every detail. Be sure to visit QuickFish to see first hand our full project scope, which included the POS counter, a custom water station, a custom to-go pick up station, the trash station, a banquette, menu board, and of course the show stopping lit feature wall as you enter the restaurant. Enjoy, and follow along with us on Instagram, @acmepdx, as we share more images of QuickFish in the coming weeks.
