New Director of Operations | Welcome Mike Allen

We’d like to extend a warm ACME welcome to Mike Allen. Mike joins the team as Operations Director where he oversees internal operations for Drafting, Engineering and Manufacturing. He will play a key role in strategic planning for manufacturing capacity including manpower, program scheduling, and logistics. These added skills and process improvements dovetail perfectly with ACME’s vision as we expand our facilities and service offerings to better serve our clients.

Mike comes to ACME with 28 years of industry knowledge and a wealth of experience including design, fabrication, and supervisory positions. Mike has spend the last 18 years at Daimler Trucks North America where he was instrumental in the development of LEAN Process Improvements and A3 Problem Solving and Quality Management approach, specifically in the areas of Engineering, Assembly, and Machining.

Mike says he’s excited to start a new challenge with ACME and looks forward to working with the team to further develop our already extensive operational abilities. He feels fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on top quality service.

Mike’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge have already made him a key addition to our organization.
