The Future of Restaurant Hospitality
FEBRUARY 28, 2019 | LAKE OSWEGO, OR
At the beginning of the year ACME wrapped on another restaurant interior build venture! We had the pleasure of partnering, for a second time, with Sustainable Restaurant Group on the build-out of their sixth Bamboo Sushi located in Lake Oswego, OR!
Sustainable Restaurant Group is a collection of brands that are defining the future of hospitality through a deep commitment to environmental and social change. If you’ve ever visited a Bamboo Sushi location, you know that they have a thoughtful emphasis on sustainability. The Lake Oswego location keeps with that sustainable focus in regards to not only their food, but to the design and build-out of their space as well. As mentioned in the Lake Oswego Review, “The seating is made from high-performance wool, a renewable fabric; tabletops and counter surfaces were crafted using Richlite, which is made from 100-percent recycled paper.” We highly recommend you visit the Lake Oswego Bamboo Sushi to see first hand the custom detail in our craftsmanship and use of the sustainable Richlite material. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work our team put into this space and how it turned out. They fabricated and installed all casework and custom elements for the space including the dining tables, banquette, show stopping bar, countertops, cabinetry, and POS station.
We hope you enjoy the space, please follow along with us on Instagram, @acmepdx, as we share more images of Bamboo Sushi in the coming weeks. Additionally, to learn more about the mission and vision of the Sustainable Restaurant Group visit sustainablerestaurantgroup.com.
